Small Update

Just now I added support for keyboard controls. They can be selected from the menu by pressing left or right, but if no gamepad is found it will default to keyboard.

If you keyboard controls are selected and one controller is plugged in you can play PvP with one player on each.

Let me know if I screwed anything up. I don't have a second controller to test with.
